Church House Restoration
A meticulous exterior renovation and master suite remodel transformed this historic 1894 church-turned-private-residence into a personal sanctuary for its new owners.
The Final Product
When our clients purchased the home in 2012, the exterior desperately needed restoration and the interior required repair from moisture damage and poor insulation. Red House insulated the home, repaired the damage, and masterfully restored the clapboard and shingles, making this home ready for its next 100 years. The master suite was also completely remodeled with a new walk-in closet, a cathedral ceiling accented with beadboard in the bedroom, and an updated bathroom with a luxury steam shower complete with a rain-head fixture, built-in shelves, and a linear drain.
